Configure a server-side folder containing ArchiveMenuLauncher.exe and ArchiveData/ArchiveMetadata, ArchivePlayer, ArchiveServer, and DotNet.
Uses the Windows convention: UTC = recording local time + IDX bias. This is an administrator-configured interpretation, not independent timezone verification. A bias determines a UTC offset, not a named geographic timezone.
Saving does not change existing evidence. Select recordings in Search and choose Apply Timezone Policy, then Build Package to create a new export. Existing ZIPs and burned-in video labels are never silently rewritten.
Additional user preferences are not configurable for this account.
